Who I’m Looking to Meet
I’m Ben. I work with venture-backed founders on people, talent, culture, and hiring. Mostly this is through my role as a Venture Partner at Ada Ventures (a London-based inclusive pre-seed fund), but I always have a number of side-projects going on.

Experienced Product Leaders with deep domain experience in hardware, materials, and deep-tech. Need to have operated in a world-class, category leading business.
Heads of Growth / GTM who have been early commercial hires and successfully scaled from X - XXm revenue (and beyond). Can evidence being super hands-on and execution focussed. Former founding experience is a big plus.
US International Expansion Experts. You’ve been the first boots on the ground in the US and have successfully launched + scaled to millions of revenue.
(Future) Founders. You’ve operated & scaled a world-class business and are serious about taking your hard-won knowledge & experience to tackle venture-scale problems.
