Who I’m Looking to Meet

I’m Ben. I work with early-stage founders on people, talent, culture, and hiring. Mostly this is through my role as a Venture Partner at Ada Ventures (a London-based inclusive pre-seed fund), but I always have a number of side-projects going on. This week I’m looking for:

1st Growth Hire for YC-backed startup
(4 days a week in office in London).
- ideal background:
  Built in personal time (e.g., side hustles, products, etc.);
  Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM;
  Experience in top startups a strong plus (Sales focus even better);
  Experience also helpful if from top Consulting / Banking / Investing.

Freelance PPC / Paid Social Experts with demonstrable evidence growing top-of-funnel in B2C. Agencies OK, but not looking for advisors here (looking for doers).
A high-potential founder to take on an interesting challenge in HealthTech.
TL;DR: 2 very successful entrepreneur friends of mine have identified an opportunity and want to put some money behind it. Together they’ve invested in over 300 startups, some of which have grown to +$1bn.
We’re looking for someone to be the founder and run head-on at this opportunity.
You’d run the show (with access to their expertise, network and capital), and be able to take a (modest) salary from day 1.
